Stephanie Janka and Monica Miller are the lead artists and co-owners of Locks+Lashes. They first met in 2007 while working at the same salon. As their careers grew, so did their interest in bridal styling. Recognizing each other’s unique talents, Monica and Stephanie realized they work better as a team. Established in 2017, Locks+Lashes delivers premium bridal hair and makeup services to southeastern Wisconsin. They strive to provide a luxurious and relaxing experience. Each year brings new wedding fashions and L+L loves being able to share the latest trends and techniques. Their signature styles allow them to bring each bride’s vision to life.
Since 2013 Stephanie has managed her own hair and makeup business. She’s dedicated herself to keeping up with new styles and techniques. From soft and romantic to structured and timeless, Stephanie loves giving brides the perfect look. While most weekends are focused on weddings, she also provides clients with all the latest hair color trends.
Monica has always had a vision of owning a business and a love for all things beauty. Having been a bridesmaid in multiple weddings, she enjoys all of the little details and creativity that planning a special event brings. During the week, you can find her at the salon offering manicure and pedicure services.
